Need an energy performance certificate for your property? Use our certificate check to select the right certificate type for your building. In most cases you can choose freely between a consumption-based or demand-based certificate — but there are exceptions. The check below helps you decide correctly every time.
Why do you need an energy certificate?
Note: A certificate may only be issued for an entire building. For mixed-use buildings with residential and commercial areas, separate certificates are required for each use type. If the smaller share is less than 10% of total floor area, a single certificate suffices.
